Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (when buying lessons: from the day you purchased the lessons).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Services starting before the withdrawal period ends
If you want lessons, or the use of purchased lessons, to begin before the withdrawal period has expired, you confirm this expressly before your first booking. If you have expressly requested a lesson that has already started or been fully delivered, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided if you withdraw. Your right of withdrawal expires for lessons that have been fully delivered where delivery began with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period (§ 10, § 16 FAGG).
